These terms apply when you use Telkens. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Telkens is provided by Mikedegroot.dev, Pastoor Wassenbergstraat 18, Chamber of Commerce [to be completed: Chamber of Commerce number]. You can reach us at legal@mikedegroot.dev.
Telkens helps you plan and keep track of recurring tasks in a workspace, on your own or with members.
You are responsible for your account and for the members you invite to your workspace. Keep your login details secret.
Do not use Telkens for anything unlawful or harmful to others.
What you put in your workspace stays yours. We only use it to provide the service.
You can try Telkens for free first. If you want to continue after that, you choose a paid subscription; you see the price and term before you pay. Payments and invoices are handled by our payment provider Vatly.
We do our best to keep Telkens available, but we cannot guarantee that the service always works without interruption.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Telkens in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as the consequences of a forgotten task. These limits do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account yourself at any time. In case of abuse we may block an account.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection that the law of that country gives you.
We may change these terms. We will let you know about important changes in good time.
